Day four begins

Today we will be departing Galax, VA and heading back to the Parkway. The destination today will be around Ashville, but depending on things go we might hit one of the camp sites we are looking to camp at: the Balsam Mountain Campgrounds.Balsam Mountain was one of the first camp grounds in the Smoky Mountains. It was designed in the era of the great American road trip for the cars of that era. Back then people didn't seem to mind camping as much.
