First, take a look at this:So... Is that an advertisment?Yes. Yes it is.HelpStar is the helpdesk software that we used to use at ICOM.The real question is which is the girl? HelpStar or Remedy?Or is she just a porn star looking to give you a blow job?I'm guessing that HelpStar is aiming to say she's the ditzy blonde that's supposed to represent Remedy. That being said, I think it backfired - I'd take her over a helpdesk any day... and then I'm not thinking about my computer problems any more. Problem: Solved.And I'm guessing that it doesn't play well with women either.
