Señor Developer

A long while back I was reading through a stack of resumes.I found someone that was a "señor developer" at their previous place of employment. I wrote about that around a year ago...We interviewed him anyway just to see what all that was about.Today I realized that I might be a "señor manager." Where I work titles are used not as a representation of hierarchy, but rather responsibility.I do have a report, but I'm really not in the loop. I think the loop might be consciously avoiding me.Thus, I think that I'm less a "senior manager," and more of a "señor manager." :-)
