I wrote a few days ago about this year's chili cookoff.Today was shopping day!

Yes -- 35-45 pounds of beef.Today we headed out to Restaurant Depot -- they are a restaurant supply store. You can buy entire primal cuts of mean there. And blocks of cheese. Of a crate of onions. Or high chairs. Anything you need to run a restaurant.Whenever we go in we think about starting up a place. Then we quickly come to our senses and move on.In any case, I mis-spoke before. It's $20 to get in the door; I was going on old numbers.Hope to see you there!
