Dick's Drive In

This is another case of "it's different out here" that we just ran into.We took a walk to a local budget joint that's popular out here: Dick's Drive In.Now, a burger joint isn't all that interesting, eh?The thing that got me was how they treat their employees. I don't know of another burger place that has real life benefits for their staff. They even have scholarships.Not that I'm going to apply to flip burgers, but they'll offer $22,000 to every employee over the course of four years. And heath and dental. And childcare.Damn.
