Monitor Sensitivity

This is just a big old pet peeve of mine. Monitors that are somehow janky.In the days of CRTs I could just never abide 60 Hz. The damn thing just flickers like mad. Most of the time I seem to be the only one that ever notices.No, I'm not crazy.Well, I might be crazy, but not in that way.CRTs are not what is the problem today.It's a bright spot on my MacBook Air. It might cover a dozen pixels or so. I'm thinking most people would just shrug and move on with life; bunches of folks have broken phone screens and just make due...I just can't abide.Apple chalks it up as pressure damage... and I don't really have an argument for it.So, away it goes to get fixed...Poop.
