Bikes

Short and random today... I finally got my bike (bicycle -- me-powered) all ready to go.Finally.I had rebuilt it in the early spring and I'm still happy that I know how to work on the bike. While it didn't get tweaked in the transport process, I did have a couple small adjustments to make -- adjustments I should've made back in Cleveland. The front derailleur sometimes would let chain derange off the inside.It's nice to be able to work on my own equipment. Be it bikes or guns computers or cars or electrical or wood or what have you.A bit of self-sufficiency is nice.Now, I'm not one of those survivalists, but I have to say that there is something to it.
