How strange is it...
...that I got magazines for a gun I don't yet even own?
This is for an FN-SCAR 17S. The one I don't yet have.Why do I want one? I don't really know. It's the modern equivalent of something like the M14/M1A. Shoots the same cartridge too.
The 7.62x51mm is quite the effective round for almost any need.Between this and a good bolt-action 30-06 I think I'll be pretty much set on rifles in major calibers. (I say major calibers since I still want a couple of .22LR rifles as well... but that's another story.)When the panic dies down and gets back to the old prices I think I'll pick one up.
