A blast from the past

I was rummaging through a photo bag and something fell out of one of the pockets onto the floor.Yep, that up there is a 32 MB CompactFlash card.If I recall it came as a pack-in with my Canon G2 from many, many moons ago. That was a 4 mega-pixel camera that saved jpegs that were around 1MB.I'm fairly certain that one of the first purchases I made when I got that camera was a 4GB card. It was fairly pitiful back then too -- storing 20-30 pictures. It's somewhat amazing that Canon saw fit to include that bit of trash.Since then I've picked up plenty more. In the current rotation I have a pair of 32 GB cards (yes, 1000x more storage) and one 64 GB.One shot from my current camera would fill it.
