Stress

Almost every day now I've been hopping on the bike to get to work. The more I do this, the more I see my stress level go down. At work, the reality is that I'm having more stress, but somehow in the ride home -- even just on I-5 getting back to my house -- I'm feeling a bit better.It's interesting how this seems to work for me.You have to focus on the bike. But you can't fight to control it -- you work with it and it works with you. You're a team.It's a zen for me.
