Break taking

I was chatting to my brother down in Thousand Oaks tonight. He's a programmer like me. Unlike me he's a consultant.One of the big differences is how we're paid. I'm salaried and he's hourly. Of course he's billing for his hours while I just get paid.But that's not what this is about. It's about vacation.I'm non one to really be writing about vacations since I don't take nearly as many as I should, but that being said, I do take vacations. I take trips and do the general R&R bit. Vacations are part of my compensation.My brother's not taken a vacation in years. Vacation means not billing which means not getting paid. All of this is a trade off.But I like my arraignment more.  :-)
