Gallon of blood

I donated blood again today. Like always recently (this started even before moving to Seattle) I timed myself to see how long it takes me to shed one pint of the red stuff.Today was my new record:5 minutes 41 seconds!  :-DWhy that makes me happy I still have no idea.As I was sitting and munching on my goldfish (which weren't gold since they really were pretzel fish) the guy looked at my paperwork and smiled and started digging though what looked like a box for fish lures before he gave me this:One gallon!  :-)And that's just for the Puget Sound Blood Center. None of this counts what I already gave the Red Cross when I was in Cleveland!  Woohoo!
