Working from home (-ish)

I had an interesting thing happen today. At work one of the guys I work with was asking questions about AWS. AWS -- Amazon Web Services -- is a massive set of products that are confusing unless you're really into it a lot.He was asking about EC2 -- setting up a web server on EC2 specifically. Like how to go from zero to server.Interestingly, I had a series of blog posts that detail exactly that and more.It was an interesting thing watching someone at work -- at Amazon -- just follow along with the steps I wrote about a month or two ago. Kind of cool. In a way, kind of creepy. Why creepy? I don't really know.So all the work that I did for the series actually had application for me at work. Nifty!
