Ok, so how do we fight this?

So WA-594 passed.How do I fight this? How do we fight this?If the transfer had a 60 day or something I might even be convinced of it... as it stands it's a stupid law that still can't be enforced.Who and who are the groups that can fight this? I'm more than willing to sign a check (I'm not talking $10-100, I'm talking serious coin) to fund an appeal of this loathsome law.I'm tired of feeling like where I'm living is "out to get me." I'm tired of feeling that mentioning "freedom" is the same as trying to get committed to an institution or something.
