Routine

Last week I was down south in California for most of the week. Business travel is not something I wind up doing often, and I guess it's for the best for me.Many folks seem to really like it. It's a way to see new places on the company dime. For me it's really just a drag. I'm one of those people that like my routine. When I go to certain places, I know what I'm going to get, and oftentimes they know what I want as well.I like that.Today, being a Monday I went back to work in the normal place after a normal weekend.Even with bit of a crazy day from various trouble tickets, it's something that I like.It's back to the normal. To the comfortable.(Yes, I realize you need to be uncomfortable some times... but sometimes you really just want your own comfy bed.)
