An interesting difference from changing switching teams are the little differences that sometimes pop up. On my old team, whenever I needed a new virtual machine there was alway a long ordeal."May I have another server, kind sir?"My new team I can just ask for one and it's simply auto-approved. I can ask for a few dozen and there's no delay about it. They get provisioned and now they're in my fleet.It's not a big deal, of course. But it's an interesting difference in terms of trust -- that we're not doing things just to spend money, but we're here to do a job.I like it.  :-)
