Starting a project

I'm working on a bit of a side project that'll involve some web work. Nothing really that huge, but potentially pushing a few terabytes of data a month out to customers. The way things are now it's just so much easier to spin up some stuff in AWS or Azure than anything else.I remember working at Insurance.com neé Comparison Market where we had our own little server room. If I needed to get a few servers (for redundancy obviously) for a web server and add on a database and stuff I'd be out a few grand and that's without even having somewhere to put it.Having access to stuff like this is such a democratizing feeling. You have an idea, you can stand up a stack of servers and resources and you're only spending a few bucks a month. It really is pretty amazing.More on the project later as I get a bit further along on it.  :-)
