Distant Snow
Something that I started to get all too good at is telling when I was about to ride into a snow storm. This is what it looks like from a distance. It looks like a low-lying white mist.
I wanted to ride where this snow was -- the Moki Dugway. I didn't get a chance because I thought better of it.
Why I've never experienced the same phenomena in a car I'm not sure. Perhaps it's the type of snow I was getting on the trip (though, growing up in Cleveland, I've experienced a lot of snow)? Maybe it was the altitude? Just as likely it's because I'm on a bike and I'm just that more focused on the act of driving.
It makes for a neat picture though.
If I had gone down the road I wouldn't have met Garrett either...
