Portrait - At 21mm

Everyone knows that you shoot portraits at a medium telephoto. Pick something from 75mm through 135mm if you want to flatter your subject, right.

21mm?

Why not?

This is uncropped. Yes, I would crop in a tiny bit if I weren't making a point about the topic, but the point is that you can shoot with whatever you have on the camera and make something good. At least I think it's good. Is it classic portraiture? No, it's not. But at the same time, most of my good portraits seem to be shot at 35mm anyway. A bit more engaging the subject. I was never good at portraits past 50mm for the most part anyway.

This is also the first time I rode on the monorail in Seattle.

Leica M10, 21mm Super-Elmar-M @ f/4 or so - 1/45s @ ISO 2000.
