Calling HR?

Today I got an invite today from way up in the org for a holiday happy hour for my group.This is, of course, normal.Then I looked at the clip art on top of the email...I watched the training videos at work about sexual harassment and all that.Everything about this seems like an HR violation. We were even warned that a kind hand on a shoulder could be misconstrued and could lead to liability. So don't do it. Hands on hips at work? Verboten for sure!(Yes, I know this is silly clip art... I'm just being silly back!)
