Located surrounded by the Ballard Block and around the corner from Mike's Chili Parlor is our "Up" house. The old lady that lived there didn't want to move when the land around her was being developed.She stayed.She befriended one of the foremen at the construction company. She didn't want money, she just wanted to be in her house.She passed, unfortunately.The house fell into disrepair.Now it's just contained.
