Fence work

I got a new sander and dust collection system... the impetus was to fix the fence. There are a couple of problems with it as it stands. If you look on the right side of the picture above there's a picket with a missing tip. It broke off last winter. The rest of it is a bit sub-par as well. The original coat of paint (not done by us!) seems to have failed and enough of it isn't adhering to the wood that some bits are starting to rot. Not ideal at all.But over the course of a few days, I've been able to strip almost all of the paint to bet back to bare wood for much of the structure. I'm around 2/3 done at the moment. After that comes repairs then priming and painting.Oh, and the sander: a Festool RO 90 sander. Totally amazing.But more of that one later.
