New Phone Day

Today I picked up the new iPhone XS.If I wasn't on a plan when I give my phone to Ennie every year, I don't think that this phone is really worth the upgrade.Objectively is it a better phone? Yes, it is. It feels snappier and the camera is a pretty big step up. The FaceID is also markedly quicker. The cellular subsystem got an upgrade and is no longer different between different carriers.But all that said, is it that much different than the X? No, it's really not.If you have a phone that's older than the X, it's a worthwhile upgrade. But if you're just upgrading for the sake of it, you're not really going to notice a big difference I think.
