I've worked in insurance for around 15 years between Progressive and ComparisonMarket/Insurance.com.Today I'm really in need of it I suppose.Yesterday I was in the ER with a jibbered up right wrist. It's not broken, from all accounts, but it seems like something is out of place.And of course, doctors want to get paid.So, who pays?In order:

  • Pemco - the insurance company that covers the lady who caused the accident (up to the bodily injury limits of the policy [$25,000 minimum per Washington law])
  • Progressive - The MedPay (like PIP) will cover another four grand.
  • Health insurance through Amazon - Covers the rest

I'm sure the lawyers will have a field day.
