Uber Fail

I've been Ubering around lately while the bike is in the shop (hopefully I'll get Matilda back next week!) and on Monday I had an Uber fail.I requested a ride home, UberX and not a pool, and the driver missed the turn onto the street I was on.Instead of turning around, going around the block, or any of a myriad of things he could have done, he instead went two miles (and several exits) south, then came back north to pick me up.And Uber had the gall to charge me extra for making the driver "wait" to pick me up. Since he was so close by, they counted the driver as arrived... even though it wouldn't have been safe for me to get to him.Ugh.I want my bike back.
