Upgrades

I've been bitten in the ass by an upgrade to the Wordpress install on this site. Upgrade they say, it'll be easy they say.Up until you realize that you have to upgrade everything else in your installation for anything to work on the site.Thankfully, I remembered I had the old trip.vec.com site that was also needing an upgrade. If I broke that for a day or two, not a whole lot would matter in my mind; the last time I posted anything on there was back in 2010, so this isn't something that I was going to lose sleep over.I tentatively clicked upgrade. And it worked!  :-DSo yesterday I clicked upgrade on this site, and that worked as well -- as was expected.Sometimes you just need to do a dry run to see how things are going to work.
