It comes up as "Goodlettsville," but it's part of Nashville proper. Just over five acres. Barn. Huge basement/garage. Five bedrooms.

Pending some formalities, it's ours. The big things like the price and terms are agreed on.

It was a harder deal than we were expecting, and both sides had to make some concessions, but we got it done.

I can finally take a breath.
