One of the things that we ran into with unpacking the boxes is that a large chunk of them don't have any markings on them.
I think the reason for this is that the packers weren't really English speakers. I wasn't there for the packing since I was already on the road. Ennie, on the other hand, was there. Most of the packers spoke only Spanish... I have nothing opposed to Spanish speakers of course, but when you're deal with the public it behooves you to speak the language of your customers... that and they might be able to label things correctly.
Honestly I would pay more for people with whom I can communicate with better.
