More project progress

I've not talked about the Past Photo project in a little bit... I just want to give a bit of a progress report on this guy.

I have full authentication support built in for both local and Twitter OAuth schemes. I'll integrate in the rest in the next couple of days. I'll also need to get a bit of security built in to allow for things like verification of emails and such, but it's a really good start. I also have the CosmosDB working well and things should scale fine now.

In the next week I want to see how well things work with a lot more than two images in the catalog, so I'll set up a bulk 20,000 image upload to see how things work with that; this should also simulate the full launch configuration of the site. I want to ensure that I'm not pissing away Cosmos RUs like they're going out of style.

But all told, things are going really well!
