Disagree and Commit

Amazon has a lot of thing. Many good, many not-so-go. One thing that they've gotten right I think is their leadership principles.One of the things I think they got right is "disagree and commit."There is a time to argue, but once a decision has been made, even if you don't agree, you get with the program and make it happen.
