Presidents' Day?

I was in my bi-weekly sprint planning and noticed that "Presidents' Day" is named as a holiday.

I had never had that day off. In Cleveland and Seattle it's a government and bank holiday, but ain't no one get that day off otherwise.

Apparently this is a California thing. Everyone from the California side of the call was surprised that I asked. Everone not in California was "yeah, you don't get that off."

Not that I'm arguing or anything... but it's still kind of strange.
