Happy I'm not in a big city
There's a lot to be said about living in a big city, but at the same time, that goodness comes with a load of extra baggage.
If Ennie and I were in our house in Seattle we would certainly be at each other's throat by now. Even going out would be a huge ordeal.
Out here we have things to do on our land and ways to keep ourselves busy and out of each other's hair. I have my normal day job that keeps me occupied and Ennie is presently working on getting the garden set up (as was planned in the past).
Sitting on the porch listening to the owl hoot in the distance and the various critters making their noises, sipping wine. This is so much nicer.
