Change agent

It's interesting being at a place like I'm at now with work. I spent a long time at Amazon learning how to make scalable systems that can quickly adapt to changes.

And now I'm in a place (and I'm not calling people out here) where it's like what Amazon was like in 2005. It's ripe for change It's ready to get new ideas.

And I'm finally in a position to make changes on a scale that's larger than just the group I'm in. While it's stressful af, it's something that I love to be able to do. I love teaching and I love watching people succeed.
