Front Yard After Flooding

Over the weekend there was a threat of flash flooding here. And sure enough there seemd to be some in my front yard.

Thankfully, my house is quite a ways away from the creek and another around 20-30 feet higher than the berm the creek overtopped.

The weirdest thing I found was a full tire and wheel assembly from a truck. It still even held air. I guess that’s how it floated down the creek to get to me.
