One of the greatest things: Trust

When working with people, one of the most important things is trusting them. You might not always agree with them, but you need to trust them.

You need to go into things with the understanding that you are doing your best, and they are doing their best as well. We have to support each other. It’s important. If someone messes something up, you can’t simply berate them… who hasn’t screwed the proverbial pooch on things?

No one (well, I hope) intends on having an oopsie.
