Qt-based Life

I asked Claude to make me a Life program with a front end in C++.

It did.

I had to ask it to fix the CMakeLists.txt file, but it did that just fine.

And it freaking worked the first time I ran it.

I’m happy.

Now I get to do VLife again. This time in the land of 64-bit memory, caching, and all sorts of fun. The last time I was playing with this was when 80386s we the bee’s knees. Times have changed. A lot.
