Responsibility

Make sure you delegate responsibility to people who can do the job, then trust they will do it.

Either of those clauses not being true will be a problem. If they can’t do the job, then you’re lost. If you don’t trust them, then they shouldn’t have the job in the first place.

Worst still, if you delegate responsibility to someone that can’t do it, then trust them… well, then you’re in a world of hurt.
