Not remembering
A couple of things collided today. Through a rather torturous path, I gave some thought to the novel I wrote back in 2010 for NaNoWriMo. It’s been sitting in its raw state since I stopped working on it at the end of November 2010. Unedited.
I decided to throw the entire manuscript into Claude to ask for advice for making it better.
It gave some good advice.
The thing is I don’t remember enough of the book to know exactly where and how things apply. I simply don’t remember. It has been nearly 15 years since I wrote it — and I never read it either. Write-only book, I guess.

Today I also found out that NaNoWriMo, the company, is shutting down. It was announced yesterday but I learned about it today.
It’s fascinating how this somehow both hit today.
