Sailing in darkness

That's what I feel like.I'm on a ship and I'm the only one aboard. It's dark. It's not even my ship -- the captain's gone. It's not running, just drifting in the ocean.Now what?The darkness around me is foreboding. The ship is scary and creaky as it rocks over the waves.There are lifeboats on board to get away from the ship. They lack many of the provisions that are on the mothership, but I'd be able to control it if I got it in the water. Now I'm just drifting... but the lifeboat is more of a risk.Decisions...Being in control of my own destiny seems to be more valuable than unknown safety.
