Paperwork in hand!

After all the hand wringing and badgering we finally have paperwork in hand that works.I can't begin to say how happy I am that I caught the issues on the first pass. I'll have around $800 a month less for the payment along with owing less.Go figure.Over the weekend I'll draw up a high-level diagram of how the money is shifting about.I'm just happy that we're starting to make some progress.
