Fat
Yeah… I got there.Through a long summer with hanging out with a new friend, eating too much, and not moving enough I've up and done it.I've gained five pounds over the summer. In many ways that's almost an achievement since I could've gained more.Today I did something I've not done in a while: got on the trainer and get a proper workout. I just need to keep doing this every day or so and just get over it. At this point I need to lose around 25 pounds to get to my target weight. Hell, 30 would be better.No time like the present, eh? Of course I've said that before too… :-/
